A graduate of Michigan State University (BSEE) and Xavier University (MBA), he has played a key role in leading the electrical engineering department and driving DEG’s continued growth and excellence.

Mark is the office leader and principal in charge of DEG’s Fort Worth location, overseeing engineering, industrial controls design, and regional turnkey projects. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (BSEE), he focuses on growing and strengthening DEG’s presence in the DFW area.

As the office leader and principal in charge of DEG’s Central Pennsylvania operations, Joel is responsible for engineering design and regional turnkey projects. A graduate of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (BSME), he leads the PA team with a focus on technical excellence and growth.

A graduate of Western Michigan University (BSChE) and Thomas More University (MBA), he has been instrumental in growing the department and advancing DEG’s expertise in critical process engineering disciplines.
