Energy Assessments
With decades of experience, our team has conducted thousands of energy assessments across industries, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Our expertise dates back to 1980, when we performed Federal Title III energy audits in office buildings, universities, and facilities throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Today, we leverage advanced ECM (Energy Conservation Measure) screening tools, along with DOE and industry programs, to provide customized, high-value insights for our clients.

Energy Star Certification
Our team has a long history of helping businesses achieve ENERGY STAR® Certification, improving energy efficiency, and reducing carbon footprints. As ENERGY STAR® Service Providers, we assist clients in benchmarking building performance, identifying efficiency upgrades, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Members of our team have also been recognized as some of the EPA’s “Most Active Licensed Professionals,” earning exclusive training and insights into ENERGY STAR® best practices. We currently track 50+ properties in the program and have certified 16 properties, including:

Through ongoing education and strategic insights, our team continues to provide clients with the tools and expertise needed to meet national energy efficiency standards and achieve measurable savings.
LEED Accreditation
Our team has played a key role in numerous LEED certifications, bringing deep expertise in sustainable design, energy optimization, and high-performance building strategies. With LEED-certified engineers and Certified Energy Managers (CEMs), we help clients navigate the certification process while maximizing operational efficiency.
Project Highlights:
- Hamilton County Juvenile Court (800 Broadway Building) – First LEED-EB: O+M Certification in Ohio, earning continuous ENERGY STAR® recognition since 2009.
- Duke Energy Building (4th & Main, Cincinnati) – Silver LEED-CI Certification for commercial renovations, including MEP design, commissioning, and material optimization.
- Xavier University, Cincinnati – Silver LEED Certification for a $115M campus expansion, including a Central Utility Plant, residence halls, and academic buildings.
